Our mobile subscription portal offers not only ad-free match videos and reactive commentary on the action, but music, fashion and lifestyle content so fans can immerse themselves in the world-famous NBA culture.

We also spend a six-figure monthly sum on marketing to target new audiences – driving more casual fans in three of the key territories outside of North America. PM Connect is helping NBA increase its global reach – giving casual fans a new way to pay for more of the content they love.

Home to iconic teams like the New York City Yankees and Los Angeles Lakers, it is currently active in 215 countries, with merchandise in over 125,000 stores, across 6 continents. The brand boasts 108 international players – including a record 64 Europeans – and stars like LeBron James and Kevin Durant household names across the world.

Spotting an opportunity to help maximise this, PM Connect licensed, developed and launched its very own online portal featuring digital content from the NBA in select territories outside of North America. Our technology primed to accelerate subscriber growth in those territories, and complements the NBA’s other premium content partners and its own websites, Apps and over-the-top (OTT) “NBA League Pass” service.

We crafted a slam-drunk of a subscription service, with pre and post-match video highlights, incisive commentary, innovative new features and comprehensive lifestyle content. It is specially designed to cater to a wider spectrum of fans, providing everything from “snackable” nuggets for new converts, driving to full-scale immersion for aficionados.

And, with the NBA almost as famous for its unique style and sub-culture as the games themselves, the portal provides lifestyle, fashion and music content so fans can follow in the footsteps of their favourite players. All content is payable via addition to the mobile phone bill, meaning you can tap into the basketball buzz in a few short moments, hassle-free.

Having created the product, PM Connect work to ensure it reaches as many potential new subscribers as possible – increasing marketing activity to hook in new audiences.
